Here’s how it all began: four friends, a trip to Southeast Asia, four bowls, a new culinary love story. So uncomplicated, so fresh, so healthy, so unbelievably yummy! And because back in Zürich there were no Poké Bowls to be found, in 2017 we opened the first Poké pop-up. Every day since we write another chapter of the kaisin. story for you. With as much passion and happiness as on the very first day.

Optimal use of space is a special concern of ours at kaisin. We activate space in bars, cafés and restaurants that would otherwise be empty during our opening hours. This way, utilization of existing space can be optimized – it makes sense, it’s win-win, and it infuses places with lively variety.
sustainable enjoyment with climate friendly bowls
A sustainable mindset and action are important to kaisin. Since July 2020, our Poké bowls are climate neutral. We work with sustainability experts at the Southpole organization to contribute to climate protection. To compensate for our emissions, we support the two climate projects «Kariba forest protection in Zimbabwe» and «Efficient cooking stoves in Rwanda».
