Twenty years ago, Matthias and René founded Blueyou, originally with the vision of creating an organic shrimp farm in Brazil. Today, it has grown into an international center of expertise for sustainable seafood.

A special focus lies on tuna, which is frozen directly at sea to ensure maximum freshness. This method guarantees the outstanding quality that makes our bowls so special.

Bianchi embodies a tradition of over 140 years with five generations of importing, processing and selling fresh and frozen foods. The company supplies the Swiss hotel and catering industry on a daily basis and has been managed by cousins ​​Dario and Luca Bianchi since 2021.

Bianchi is strongly committed to sustainable fishing and biodiversity. The “Bianchi sea wealth standard” label stands for sustainable products that meet international standards such as MSC, ASC, Bio Suisse and Naturland.

Salmon (from the Faroe Islands and ASC-certified), tofu (Swiss and organic), and chicken (Swiss).

Since 1962, our beef supplier has been a family-run business managed with passion and foresight. Founded by the father of the current owner, the farm was built through hard work and the courage to embrace new ideas. Around 80% of the feed is produced directly on the farm, and animal welfare is at the heart of everything they do. The farm is a true ecosystem that embodies Swiss quality and values — an impressive success story that continues to grow sustainably into the future.

Gebrüder Käppeli Gastro-Service, based in Merenschwand, Switzerland, originated from a mixed farming business and was taken over by Daniel and Walter Käppeli in 2017.

The company focuses on processing home-grown vegetables. The quality and safety of its products are reinforced by FSSC 22000 certification.
